Here's how I made my labels and what worked to keep them on my linen albums.  I printed the words for each book on 101650 Very Vanilla Cardstock and cut them out. I used the 122194 Big Shot Fabric Adhesive Roll (p. 196) to adhere the cardstock labels to the spine. Yes, you can use this to iron cardstock to fabric!  What a lifesaver!!!

Here are the completed Cabin albums for the last six years.  I started with 8 1/2 x 11 albums and realized that I needed to switch to the 104514 Linen 12 x 12 (3-ring) albums because Ms. Photography Nut (me) didn't want two albums for each year. That would take up too much space!  Here are the seven completed Cabin albums and one empty album ready for pages.

And here is my other shelf of completed albums.  The three grandgirls' albums, my life as a Stampin' Up! demonstrator and our Panama Canal cruise.

For the grandgirls' albums, I used 118108 My Digital Studio to create their labels.  I used the Broadsheet Alphabet download and sized the letters it to fit the spine.  Then I printed them on Very Vanilla Cardstock and cut them into rectangles.  I again used the Big Shot Fabric Adhesive.

For my Stampin' Up! memories, I again used My Digital Studio to create the labels.

I wasn't sure if this type of labeling would work on this 104518 Linen (post-bound) album.  It did!!!!

Now that these albums are done and labeled, I can start working on the partially completed albums stashed in my closets.  Oh, and then the bins of loose pictures that I rarely look at will be my next goal!  Little by little I'll get our photographs organized!

Inside my recent order was three separate packages totaling 68 12" x 12" scrapbook pages.  I won't show you all of them.  Yes, you can breathe a sigh of relief!  But I will show you some of them.

Here's Ashley this summer in her sunflower outfit, which is my daughter-in-law's favorite outfit.

And, my personal favorite, is the early morning artists (8:20 a.m.) busy creating in my studio.

My scrapbook pages aren't super elaborate and certainly won't win any awards.  They are simple and usually pre-set layouts that I tweak a bit.  My scrapbook pages are about my everyday life.  The grandgirls LOVE to see themselves on the scrapbook pages.  And they love to have me read the journaling (or in their words, "the story") on each page.  My scrapbook pages are so precious to me.  They make me smile and remember that my everyday life is quite awesome and I am truly blessed!  My heart is content that I can record these memories for my children and grandchildren and for future generations.

Our youngest grandgirl is almost 20 months old.  Guess what her favorite books are?  The scrapbooks that I have made for her.  Yay!!!

And I've been working hard this summer on getting our other two grandgirls scrapbooks done.  I just finished the last of the traditional pages for both of them.  And, I can't wait for the "pizza" box to arrive from the Stampin' Up! authorized printer with all my 12×12 pages made with My Digital Studio.  All the pictures from this summer will be here soon.  DRUM ROLL…I am caught up with their scrapbooks!  Yee-haw!!!

The shadow box is 12 1/2" x 12 1/2".  The six compartments are about 4" x 6".   I didn't adhere each little scrapbook page to the shadowbox.  I want to be able to remove these some day and give them to each grandgirl to frame.  The supplies used to make this shadowbox are from Stampin' Up!, except for the Scrabble pieces.  (Note:  The key, black lace and ribbon roses are now retired.)   The empty shadowbox was a gift, so you could search the Internet to find them.

These three sweeties are my grandgirls.  The tradition we have in our family is when they are between 12-15 months old, we take photographs of them playing with family heirlooms and antiques.  The whole idea is to take candid photographs of the grandgirls' natural curiosity.

I love this project.  It brings tears to my eyes when I look at it and the sweet memories flood back into my mind.  I can't wait to show it to the grandgirls.  They are now 7 1/2, 4 and 19 months.
