Five days in Salt Lake City sure went by quickly! It was nonstop fun, learning and creativity.

My goal during the 2010-2011 catalog year is to earn the Disney World trip. What a dream to take my family there and see those grandgirls faces at the Disney parks. I'm praying in this picture and now I need to get to work on my sales and recruiting efforts.

My lucky downline, Denise W., won this stamp set! Way to go Denise!

We were all thrilled at the surprise give away to all demonstrators on the last day: Designer Series Paper, Glass Glitter, a Christmas stamp set and an ink pad.

Convention was an awesome experience. I learned so much from the business classes, received some fabulous swap cards, took hundred's of photo's of creative projects (can there ever be enough?), renewed friendships and made new friends. My wish is that every one of my customers could join me at Convention at some time. There is nothing as exciting as a Stampin' Up! Convention. I'm sure you can tell from these photo's that I have very serious downline meetings. Yeah, that's right. They are all my witnesses to the boring, stiff, quiet meetings. That's my story and I'm sticking to it! Actually, my Stampin' DIVA Day is something that I look forward to, as well as my downline. It is very therapeutic to share our love of papercrafting with each other. We share our business challenges and business successes. We share our joys in life, as well as the challenges. There is a strong bond of friendship between all of us. I just can't say enough about these wonderful women! I'd love to have you join my team! Downline Stampin’ DIVA’s Retreat

Here are some photographs from my first weekend downline Stampin’ DIVA’s retreat. My downline have been to our cabin before, but only for a day. I was at the cabin Friday, Saturday and Sunday. They came when it was convenient for them. It was fun to have a revolving door of downline throughout the weekend.

Cabin Getaway for My Downline

On June 14, eight of my downline came to the cabin for a day of stamping and pampering. They made the cards from my Appreciation Event, my June Technique Club, plus they made cards using new stamp sets and colors from the 2009-2010 Catalog.

The only reason we stop stamping is to eat! (L to R) Susie, Denise, Wanda, Julianne, Cyndi, Autumn, Liz, Peggy. We start the business meeting while we are eating.

Each meeting, someone gets to wear the DIVA crown for the highest sales the previous month. Peggy came in second place the last two months. But in January, she pulled out all the stops and was #1!!!! Go Peggy!

We have a DIVA card swap and the theme was to use the Love You Much Bundle in a non-Valentine card.

Sometimes my DIVA’s are my guinea pigs for projects I’m thinking of offering to my customers. Here are some purse notebooks they made. I did challenge them because I had a picture of a purse notebook, but no template or measurements. They all were up to the challenge. Here are a few samples of their creativity!
