The Best Invitation

Published by under Recruiting

Stuck in between a handful of Christmas cards and bills in today's mail was this envelope.

Inside was this package.  I opened it and found this fan.

These are the invitations to the exclusive Manager's Reception event at the Leadership Conference in San Antonio.  We get to attend a show with the Chinese Acrobats of Hebei.   I am SO excited!  Isn't this the coolest invitation?  The fan was wrapped in 122352 Timeless Portrait Designer Series Paper and tied with 117286 Real Red 3/8" Satin Ribbon.  Stampin' Up! sure knows how to add those great little touches and set the tone for a party to remember!

Leadership is my favorite Stampin' Up! event each year.  And, this year, my registration was FREE!  This is a new perk of becoming a demonstrator and getting a few friends to join the Stampin' Up! family.  I love knowing that I get to have two mini-vacations a year by attending Leadership and Convention.  Both events are inspiring and fun to attend!

Contact me today for information on how you can join my team and start making your own dreams come true; whether you want to get discounted stamping and scrapbooking supplies, need to earn some extra money, want to make new friends, or if you want to travel.  I would love to help you!

Stampin’ DIVA Christmas Party

Published by under Christmas,Recruiting

It was a busy weekend for me, which ended Sunday with my downline Christmas party.  We met at Connie's beautiful home in Andover.

The stamping has begun.  We made Valentine's/love cards.  Just like retail businesses, we have to stay ahead of the holidays!

 (L-R):  Amy, Julianne, Kathleen, Nicole

 And the stamping continues.

(L-R):  Sandy, Linda, Debbie, Connie, Retha

We did stop stamping long enough to eat dinner.  And the piece de resistance was a red velvet cake made by Retha!  It was delish!!!

After dinner, we played the Dice Game for Stampin' Up! prizes.

Back row (L-R): Kathleen, Sandy, Deb, Connie

Front row: L-R): Amy, Julianne, Nicole, Sue

Stampin’ DIVA Day

Published by under Recruiting

I am blessed that I have such an incredible team of demonstrators.  On Sunday afternoon, 12 of them came over for my Stampin' DIVA Day.  We started with a shoebox swap.  The cards are so beautiful.  Some of my team members create their own cards, while others will honestly say that they copied their card.  None of us care because we love to have samples.

Today was extra special because we had a demonstrator who moved from California to Minnesota who joined us.  She searched for demonstrators who lived close to her and my name came up.  She sent me an email, and it didn't take long for us to find out that she had been attending my church.  We met at church the next Sunday and just hit it off.  The good news is she fit right into my awesome team of demonstrators!  So we have officially adopted her!  Welcome Kathleen!

One of my Technique Club members also attended my team meeting today.  She is thinking about becoming a demonstrator so she can get her supplies at a discount.  You know, the HUGE wish list that just keeps growing!  Because my team of demonstrators are so welcoming and friendly, Deb had a very enjoyable time.  I can't wait for Deb to officially join the Stampin' Up! family!

There are only four more days to take advantage of the Free Big Shot or $100 in Free Product Special for anyone who signs up to become a Stampin' Up! demonstrator.  Click here for all the details.  Then contact me and I'll answer any questions or concerns!  I'd love you to enjoy the wonderful camaraderie that demonstrators have for each other.

Here are pictures of a whole lotta creating that took place on Sunday!

Achiever’s Event

Published by under Recruiting

Last night was my manager's annual Achiever's Event for her top 10 demonstrators.  This is an event that I don't want to miss out on.

Terri lives in a beautiful log home, which she turns into an overnight retreat for us.  She makes appetizers and cooks supper for us.  She has us make her Stamp-a-Stack cards, which are always beautiful.  Then she gives us a gift.  I just love what she made for each of us this year.  We each got our own personalized journal using My Digital Studio.  Then she brings out the coolest projects for us to make.  We made a scrapbook using an empty CD case and decorated the 3" square blocks that are in the catalog.  When you come over to my house, I'll be sure to have these projects out for you to see.  Then we have a card swap, which is always a highlight.  The cards are beautiful!  I left about midnight, but most of the demonstrators stay overnight.  They are treated to breakfast and lunch on Saturday.  Plus, Terri has another project they get to make Saturday morning.  The rest of the time on Saturday everyone works on their personal stamping and scrapbooking projects.

You may not know this, but if you become a Stampin' Up! demonstrator, you too could qualify for Terri's annual Achiever's Event.  It is open for all five levels of her demonstrators.  I've had one of my team members join me and it is twice the fun for me!  There are seven days left for the recruiting special.  Click here to learn more about joining the Stampin' Up! family.  I'd love to have you attend the Achiever's Event with me next year!

L-R:  Jan, Sandy, Sue G., Lynn, Connie, me, Susan, Terri, Shawn, Becky and Jennifer
