I love the Night & Day Specialty Designer Series Paper (retires 1-4-10) and the Twick or Tweet stamp set.  I can’t wait to fill this with pictures of the grand girls!

I saw something similar to these somewhere on the Internet.  I figured the Stampin’ Up! Scallop Oval Punch would work to make these darling pumpkins.  And it did!  This is a bonus project for anyone who attends my "Have It Your Way Halloween Class".  These would be so cute as table favors for Halloween or Thanksgiving!

I’m also offering this class on Wednesday, October 21, from 6pm-9pm, and Thursday, October 22, from 6pm-9pm, at my townhouse.  You pay between $.50 and $2.00 for each of the various projects.  An RSVP is required to attend this class.

Tonight was stamping therapy time at my friend Merri’s house.  She is an incredible woman with a great sense of humor who inspires me all the time.  I get to her house and she’s making a whole stack of little paper backpacks for her daughter in college and her daughter’s friends.  She makes the cutest things with such attention to detail.  My project for the night was to make the Mr. & Mrs. Frankie that I’ve seen made from the Sizzix top note die cut and punches. 

Aren’t these stinkin’ cute?  I can’t decide if I’ll make these into cards or use on some scrapbook pages.  They were much easier to make than I thought they would be.

At Convention, we saw this Spooky Spider Decor Elements cookie jar on display.  It is so cute!  The cookie jar is from Wal-Mart.  It was very easy to rub the medium-sized Spooky Spider on the outside of the cookie jar.  

Here is a close-up of the tag.  The base is a circle piece of chipboard, covered with retired designer series paper from last year (you could use orange cardstock).  Then I punched a basic black circle.  Stamped the image from Batty for You stamp set on whisper white cardstock in basic black ink.  Punched the center out and raised it with a dimensional.  Attached the stamped image to the black circle.  Added an eyelet at the top with linen thread and attached it to pumpkin pie 1/2" striped grosgrain ribbon.
