July Scrapbook Club
The theme this month was Summer pages. The first two page layouts were made with Summer Sun and Pumpkin Pie textured cardstock and Razzleberry Lemonade Designer Series Paper.
Crystal Effects on the letters really makes them pop!
I pulled the prongs off the Flower Designer Brad and adhered it to the Clear Button with Crystal Effects. The ribbon is Pumpkin Pie 1/2" striped grosgrain ribbon. I used the Celebrate Everything and Jumbo Outline Alphabet stamp sets on this page.
I stamped the butterfly in Summer Sun ink and the outline butterfly in Pumpkin Pie ink on vellum. Used the new Butterly punch on the vellum image and adhered it with a Mini Glue Dot.
I used the Sizzix Elegant Bouquet embossing folder to had some depth to the page. The stamp set used on this page was the Flight of the Butterfly.
Keeping with the Summer theme, the next two page layouts were made with Green Galore and Gable Green cardstock. Celebrate Everything and Wagon Full of Fun stamp sets were used on these pages.
I used the Craft Green Galore ink pad to stamp on the Twill Tape. Frayed the edges and adhered with Sticky Strip.
The wagon is embossed in Silver Embossing Powder with two Silver Brads to accent the wheels. I cut a slot at the top of the wagon with a Hobby Blade to slip a photo showing someone sitting in the wagon. I couldn’t throw away the "negative" part from the Sizzix Scallop Square die cut, so I added it to this page. The four scallop rectangles in the corners were made with two Scallop Square Punches lined up.
This page is bordered with twelve 2 1/2" squares surrounding the Sizzix Scallop Square die cut.
The accent on the center Scallop Square is the words punched out with the Word Window Punch and adhered with a clip from the Clips Assortment.
