Theme workshops are fun for demonstrators, fun for hostesses and fun for guests. Death by Chocolate workshops do grab women's attention. Who doesn't like chocolate?
Here's the invitation that I figured out late one night (when I'm the most creative).
ROLO 'ver to my Death by Chocolate Stampin' Up! workshop on Saturday, February 5, 2011, from 1:00 p.m.-2:30 p.m.
There will be SNICKERS of fun.
And MOUNDS of ideas.
Don't worry if you're a BUTTERFINGER.
You'll have a 100GRAND time.
Wear brown, arrive on time and you may SKOR a prize.
Sweet make & takes are from 1:00-1:30.
You'll melt when you look at the catalogs.
What a fun workshop! 99% of the people wore brown and were on time. They all loved the make & takes. After the make & takes were done, we played a fun ice breaker game. Anyone who had chocolate candy or gum, a chocolate wrapper, chocolate colored lipstick or eye shadow in their purse won a prize. We had a few laughs at what some of the women had stashed in their purses.
Here are the sweet make & takes projects.

Of course one of the make & takes had to involve chocolate! I dusted off my Crimper for this project. Why do I forget about this great tool?

Jenny, the hostess, had a chocolate fountain with all kinds of goodies to dip. I laughed when I saw someone with chocolate on their celery sticks. Jenny also made my favorite truffle brownies topped with chocolate chip cookie dough. Oh, so worth falling off the wagon of healthy eating! She had M&M's and chocolate candies to munch, plus mint hot chocolate to drink. Jenny is the hostess with the mostest.
