Here it is before anything is moved in. One of my requirements for a studio was it had to be handicapped accessible. I love having the natural light from the patio door.

The other end of the room is a built-in office, which I love.

My son-in-law spent one week helping us with our long "to do" list. Here he is putting together one of three cabinets for my studio. He also put together a dresser. Ikea is great if you like to put together furniture (I don’t).

He is leveling and securing the cabinets to the wall. I had boxes and boxes to unpack!

I have my tables in a "U" shape, but have flexibility to change the table layout.

Ink pads and cardstock galore!

Through this door is the laundry room with a refrigerator and microwave for snacks! There is a door to the garage from the laundry room. There is also a bathroom next to the laundry room.

A gas burning fireplace to keep the room toasty. A ceiling fan to keep the room cool. Satellite TV to catch the latest movies and shows. Paper cutters and ribbon, ribbon and more ribbon.

I’ve beenwanting to hang up my punches with these Ikea rods. I put Ikea clear drawer liner on the wall under the rods so the wall doesn’t get all scratched up from grabbing punches.

I even squeezed my treadmill between the office and studio. This was the TV armoire that was too large for the living room. It now is filled with craft and office supplies.

I love having my office right next to the studio. I wheel my chair back and forth throughout the day.
This is my third studio, but the first one that didn’t have to be constructed from bare walls. I am so blessed and filled with joy to have this studio to share with my friends and family.

My six-year-old grand girl, Brianna, is always asking to help me with things. I just received my shipment of mini catalogs and let her put my mailing labels on the back. She LOVED doing that and did such a good job. Thanks Miss B!

When I started my blog, I told myself that I wasn’t going to stress about it or pressure myself to put out daily or weekly entries. As you can tell, I don’t post much in the summer because we live at our cabin from Friday until Sunday just about every weekend. I’ve been waiting for this milestone 100th post and wondering…hmm…what is worthy enough??

How about a new grand baby? This frame was part of my Mother’s Day present. Of course, I got all teary eyed when I saw it. I quickly wrapped it back in the tissue paper and gave it to my hubby to open.

Here are the expectant parents, our son, Ben, and our daughter-in-law, Jade.

Dan and I are thrilled with the happy news. This will be grand baby #3 for us! And it looks like this grand baby’s arrival date has been moved up a week. We’ll have the best New Year’s gift for 2010!

Leadership was so incredible this year. The new catalog is awesome.

Dan and I ready to board the buses for the Manager’s Reception. We went to Universal Studios Islands of Adventure.

The entire island was closed to the public, which was so awesome. It was decorated with this type of sign. We had a fabulous buffet meal and dessert bar, plus could go on rides for free.

Here is Dan and I with our caricature and the artist.

Our daughter and oldest granddaughter joined us for four days of exploring Disney. Here we are with our 3D glasses to see It’s A Bug’s Life. We had such a memorable vacation.

Here’s my confession. Even though I am an organized and neat person, my stamp room rarely stays neat. I can clean it up and put everything where it belongs, but once I start creating something, look out. I usually end up working in a tiny area with stuff all over my tables. I do clean everything before anyone comes over to play!

When I get home from an event, either Dan or I will bring my suitcase to my stamp room in the basement. After a few days, different suitcases appear from different events and sometimes even boxes with stamp orders show up. Right now, I have suitcases filled with Technique Club supplies, stuff from a Business Expo, and Stamping Saints projects. As long as the suitcases aren’t opened, everything is in its place and all is well until the next event. But invariably I will need to make something and start digging into the suitcases and total chaos appears. Being unorganized makes me nuts and I get all frustrated when I have to stop and repack everything again. Hmm…do I need two of everything I own? One to pack up and take on the road and one to stay in my cupboards?
