Easter Bunny

Published by under Big Shot,Easter,Punches

My downline, Deb, made this card for the Shoebox Swap for my Stampin' DIVA Day.  She was so nice to have prepunched everything and put into packets for everyone on my team to make this Easter Bunny card.

Deb printed her own Designer Series Paper by using 118108 My Digital Studio software.  She used the 105021 White uni-ball Signo Gel Pen for the eyes and the 100082 Black Stampin' Marker next to the eyes.

Punches Used:

119847 Ornament

119855 Large Oval

118074 Owl Builder

119859 XL Oval

119849 Modern Label

Such an adorable bunny!

Mixed Bunch Easter Eggs

Published by under Big Shot,Easter

Today's card was made by my downline, Amy.  She embossed the flower from 125535 Mixed Bunch Stamp Set in 109132 White Embossing Powder and then punched them out with the 119859 XL Oval Punch.  She used 102892 Sponge Daubers to add color from various ink pads on the eggs.

I love how she used the 123128 Stripes Embossing Folder to add a realistic dimension to the Easter basket.  She used the 118402 Scallop Trim Border Punch for the edge of the basket and put the 125568 Pear Pizzazz 3/8" Pleated Satin Ribbon behind it.

Such a clever and striking card!

Easter Chick

Published by under Big Shot,Easter

Isn't this just the cutest ding-dang baby chick card?  My favorite detail is the little feather on its head made with 120928 Daffodil Delight 1/4" Grosgrain Ribbon that was unraveled.  The chick is made from the 119854 1 3/4" Scallop Circle Punch.  The pink egg is made with the 114525 Ovals Originals Die.  The sponged 121809 Framed Tulips Embossing Folder helps frame the Easter Chick.

Easter Blossoms

Published by under Big Shot,Easter,Stamping

Yesterday, this is what I woke up to.

Our yard and trees were covered with a beautiful, fresh coating of snow.  I grabbed my camera and took different pictures in the yard and on the drive to my daughter's house.  It was so beautiful seeing the snow sticking to the trees.  But by noon, almost all the snow had melted.  This doesn't happen every Spring, so I wanted to capture proof of the snow in my photographs.

Today's card is an Easter card from my recent Card Buffet.  It features the 121905 Easter Blossoms stamp set from the Occasions Mini Catalog.  I embossed the words and images in black to give them some dimension.  I also sponged the edges of the Very Vanilla cardstock for the words and images.

Supplies Used:

Cardstock:  Pink Pirouette, Crumb Cake, Very Vanilla

Ink:  105208 Sahara Sand Ink Pad, 102283 VersaMark Ink Pad

Punches:  119859 2" x 1 3/8" Oval XL Punch

Sizzix:  113469 Scallop Circle #2 Die & 122125 3" Circle Original Die, 117335 Perfect Polka Dots Emb. Folder

Accessories:  1000045 Pink Pirouette Marker, 118481 Victoria 5/8" Crochet Trim, 109133 Black Embossing Folder, 101610 Sponges

The Easter Blossoms stamp set is only available until April 30, 2011.
