I use the term "simply elegant" quite a bit when describing cards. Time to change it up a bit. This card using the 125525 Apothecary Art Stamp Set is minimally stylish. See? It doesn't sound as beautiful as simply elegant.
If you haven't seen the Occasions Mini Catalog, then you may not realize that the Apothecary Art Stamp Set coordinates with the 125598 Labels Collection Framelits Dies. There are six different size dies that cut the shapes in this stamp set.
I love the coordinating 119793 Poppy Parade Cardstock, 119782 Poppy Parade Ink Pad and the 119263 Poppy Parade 1/2" Stitched-Poly Ribbon on this card. Adding the 123113 Flower Garden Embossing Folder is striking.
Another great sample that I saw at Leadership! A reminder that the Poppy Parade color will be retiring as of May 31, so don't wait until the last minute to stock up!

Here are my two favorite samples from Leadership featuring the 125480 Bordering on Romance stamp set in the Occasions Mini Catalog. I just love the simplicity and layouts.

A-d-o-r-a-b-l-e baby card that I saw at Leadership. It was made with two stamp sets: 122735 Button Buddies and 122860 Sweetly Said.

Oh my! Look at the pretty card that came in the mail a few days ago. My upline, Terri, sent it to me. She used the 125535 Mixed Bunch Stamp Set, the 122890 Perfectly Penned Stamp Set and the 125603 Blossom Punch. And my two favorite colors: 119792 Concord Crush and 122922 Wisteria Wonder. Thanks Terri!

I bought the 125675 Mouthwatering stamp set from the Occasions Mini Catalog. When I was looking at the samples at Leadership, I was searching out samples for this stamp set. This sample caught my eye because of all the details and texture. I'll start with the top layer of the card and work backwards.
Instead of stamping the cherries, the demonstrator used the 119868 1" Circle Punch on 102482 Real Red Cardstock. She lightly sponged the edges of the circles in 101179 Basic Black Ink to give them depth. And she drew two "commas" with a 105021 White Uni-ball Signo Gel Pen on each cherry. She added a 119736 Basic Black Brad by the leaf. Then the hint of 125056 Cherry Cobbler 1 1/4" Striped Grosgrain Ribbon at the top adds interest, as well as texture. The 118874 2 3/8" Scallop Circle Punch in 119685 Cherry Cobbler Cardstock is just subtle enough to not be overpowering. Then she added a square of 100730 Whisper White Cardstock, texturized with the 117335 Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder. The base of the card is in 121045 Basic Black Cardstock. It was die cut using the 115950 Scallop Square Bigz Clear Die and texturized with the 119685 Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder.
Now do you see why this card caught my eye? It looks simple, but the details are what make it an appealing card.
