Candle Crazy, Birthday, So Many Stars Builder Wheels
In the Summer Mini Catalog, which goes from May 1-August 31, 2010, the Stampin' Around Builder Wheels were introduced. These are also in the 2010-2011 Idea Book & Catalog. Here is a sample I made using only two of the Builder Wheels in two different colors.
