Romans 8:28 Frame

Published by Sue under Decorating, Gift Item

Today was the United Methodist Women’s retreat at my church.  This is the craft project that they made based on the verse Romans 8:28.  Perfect Plum is the cardstock color and designer series paper color.  The words were printed on the computer.  Did you notice there is no stamping involved with this project at all?

Card from my Second Level Manager

Published by Sue under Stamping

I love finding handmade cards in with all the bills and junk mail.  This card is from Cherie, my second level manager.  I was in her top 20 in March, so I got a card!

It’s a very cute card!  Thanks Cherie!

Special Order Gift Card Holders

Published by Sue under Stamping

A customer didn’t have time to attend my classes last week, so she had me make them for her.

There is always a sense of accomplishment to mass produce something for someone.

My customer also wanted some graduation cards.  I copied about 98% of this layout from my downline, Autumn.  Thanks!

May 17, 2009 Gift Card Class

Published by Sue under Stamping

One of my downline, Autumn, attended this class.  Here are the different variations of gift card holders that she created.  Don’t you love the Christmas tree that she made from the scallop circle punch?

Here’s the inside of the gift card holder, which uses a medium envelope.

This is a wedding gift card holder Autumn made.

I just love how she decorated the inside.

Another style of a gift card holder that Autumn made.

I love the inside of this style the best!

My Mother’s Day Gift

Published by Sue under Decorating, Scrapbooking, Stamping

Well, Ms. Melanie did it again!  She made her mom cry.  You’d think I’d be more prepared when opening presents from her!  She knows me well and what I like, that’s for sure.

She reduced some family photo’s to fit inside the Pick A Petal stamp set.  She used black Staz-on ink to stamp on the photo’s and then cut them out.  Rub-on’s for the stem and the "our family" rub-on’s are non-Stampin’ Up! (gasp).  She did a Build-a-Brad for the center part of the flower.

I treasure this unique way of scrapbooking on my walls!
