With autumn here, it is time to winterize things around the cabin. The battery from the Barbie jeep has to go inside for the winter. How do I know that? Because the first battery we had left in the jeep froze in the garage. We won’t make that mistake again! I really enjoyed using the Naturally Seriff Sizzix alphabet die for this page. I managed to make jeep out of the Loads of Love truck.

Can you believe that I managed to get 12 photo’s on one 12" x 12" scrapbook page? Dan blew a big pile of leaves for the grand girls to play in at the cabin. I took tons of pictures of them playing. It brought back memories of how much fun I used to have playing in the leaves when I was a little girl. Of course, I had blisters on my hands from raking before I could play in the leaves. Oh, the days before leaf blowers…

In the front of the Stampin’ Up! catalog, there are different Style Watches or trends. I have a swap due this weekend using one of the Style Watches. I decided to try the Silhouette Style. I used Old Olive cardstock and ink, Old Olive Patterns Designer Series Paper, Old Olive Brads and Old Olive 1/4" grosgrain ribbon. I love the coordinating colors of cardstock, ink and accessories. Don’t you?

Last night at my Women doing Business with Women’s meeting, I brought five different projects for them to make. Since the majority of them had never done papercrafting before, I had to select basic projects. Those are the hardest for me because I tend to over do projects. I pulled out my Color Coach and used Barely Banana, Close to Cocoa and Sage Shadow cardstock. Nice color combination if I must say so myself.

Here is the inside part of this card. The measurement for the Barely Banana piece is 4 1/4" x 10" and score at 4 1/4" and 8 1/2". Punch two 1/16" holes on either side and attach a brad to make a pocket. Super simple and everyone enjoyed making it.

When my friend, Karla, came over to stamp, she brought her Score-Pal with her. She’s playing around with it and comes up with this style of card, except her score lines were diagonal and randomly done. Being the Stampin’ Up! purist that I am, I copied her card and used my little ol’ Fiskers scoring blade.

Best of all, she stamped the image twice, once in Chocolate Chip ink and once in Sage Shadow. Cut the frame off the Sage Shadow one and mounted it with dimensionals. I love the simplicity of this card. Thanks Karla!
